Kyle Reed has called Jefferson Davis Parish home for 65 years, building his life, career, and business in the community he is now seeking to serve.
Since 1990, Kyle has owned and operated Reed’s Appraisals, where he has built decades of hands-on experience in real estate appraisal and property valuation. As a State Certified Appraiser for 36 years, Kyle understands the importance of accuracy, fairness, professionalism, and sound judgment when determining property values.
His qualifications extend well beyond experience alone. Kyle has completed all mandatory educational requirements and examinations through the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO), further preparing him with the specialized knowledge required of those working in property assessment. He was also pinned Deputy Assessor at the 93rd Annual Louisiana Assessors Convention.
With 36 years of professional appraisal experience, decades as a local business owner, and 65 years as a resident of Jefferson Davis Parish, Kyle brings the knowledge, qualifications, and real-world experience to serve the people of our parish from day one.
